1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items should not show any signs of wear, alteration, or washing.
  • Sale items, custom-made sarees, and final sale products are not eligible for returns.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for any saree that has been altered or damaged due to customer handling.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account on our website and submit a refund request within 3 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Description
  2. After submitting the request, email us at contact@nareeboutique.com with relevant images to support your return/refund request.
  3. Once we confirm your eligibility for a return, we will provide detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping only for cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your item does not meet these criteria, please contact us at contact@nareeboutique.com to discuss your options.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns, such as size exchanges or changes of mind. We will provide the necessary instructions for returning items and a return address.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items show minor signs of use, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the item you no longer need and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@nareeboutique.com with photos of the defect. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-made or tailored sarees
  • Sale or discounted items
