Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before the item is shipped.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us at email address with your order details as soon as possible.

Shipped Orders

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the order, you may initiate a return once you receive it. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

Custom or Made-to-Order Sarees

  • For custom or made-to-order sarees, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production begins promptly.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved Cancellations: If your order is eligible for cancellation and has been canceled successfully, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to Orders

  • If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the saree style or size), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
